Official Information
Short answer: there are 5 bosses — Chief Fish (tutorial instructor, rematched in the Ice Caves), Lost Shrimp and Calli (Calli's Fortress), Drillby (Island), and Doctor Watson (Watson Industries, final boss). Every one of them has a no-damage achievement, and each no-damage kill also drops a unique hat.

The no-damage workflow

- Spend one casual attempt reading the attack patterns — dying costs nothing.
- On your clean attempt, the instant you take a hit, pause and choose Retry Boss. Never finish a spoiled run; the reward only checks a damage-free win.
