All Hat Locations in Gawr Gura: Quest for Bread

Short answer: there are 16 hats in Gawr Gura: Quest for Bread. Twelve are found in the world across the six zones, four drop from no-damage boss kills, and the Bread Hat is awarded automatically for finishing the game. Collecting all of them unlocks the Shark of Many Hats achievement.

How many hats are there?

Steam's achievement only says “Collect every hat” — the official listing does not give a count. The 16-hat list below is cross-checked across two independently written community guides (guidexon.com and treyexgaming.com, both August 2026) that agree on every entry. We are capturing in-game screenshots to confirm each location; until then, treat the list as community-sourced rather than officially confirmed.

Missable hats

Pizza Hat is the one confirmed missable: in the bounce-pad section of Calli's Fortress, enter the break room before going through the circle-shaped door at the top — both sources warn the door locks behind you. Every other hat's missability is not yet confirmed either way; we are verifying in a post-game save. If you want to be safe on a first run, follow the walkthrough order and grab each zone's hats as you pass.
