Short answer: Gawr Gura: Quest for Bread has 11 achievements: three story/completion (including a secret ending and a sub-35-minute run), five no-damage boss kills, and three collectible/misc challenges headlined by Shark of Many Hats. None are mutually exclusive — a relaxed first run plus a cleanup run gets all of them.

No-damage boss achievements
All five bosses award an achievement for a damage-free kill. The universal workflow: save before the fight, and the moment you take a hit, pause and use Retry Boss instead of finishing a spoiled attempt. See each boss's page for arena notes:

About difficulty ratings
We deliberately leave the difficulty column empty (“—”) for now. Reliable difficulty and effort estimates need actual playthrough timing, which we are capturing. Community consensus so far only points at two anchors: Chief Fish is regarded as the easiest no-damage fight, and Doctor Watson's four phases are regarded as the hardest — everything in between will be rated after in-game verification.
